Descrition:

Metering diaphragm is the most crucial part in the diaphragm type carburetor. It determines the carburetor fuel stability, repeatability, endurability and difference on the various pose when engine is running.

It is the most common spare part for the diaphragm carburetor.

Our shaping mold was made in Japan,which extrude the diaphragm material as designed convolution at certain temperature, pressure and time.

Raw material: Made in USA; Thickness: 0.05-0.15mm

The punching die mold was made by WEDM-LS.

The part could be punched with the various outline.

The flexibility and recovery were checked by laser head at certain pressure adjusted.

The leakage performance is checked before shipping.

Pump Diaphragm description:

Pump diaphragm also is the key part in the diaphragm type carburetor. It supply the fuel with sufficient and stable pressure to carburetor by its material flexibility and structure.

Several raw material are optional (PET/NBR/Fiber glass), according to required temperature,pressure,two or four cycle engine, and resistance of oil,corrosion and wear.

We have 1 set of 4 ton electro hydraulic hammer together with manipulators, using this machine we can forge products maximum 4 ton in weight and 1.6m in diameter. 2 sets of 1 ton air hammer and 1 set of 750 kg air hammer, our annual forging capability is 5,000 ton. Every year we can provide 2,000 ton high property stud bolts and nuts with size up to 4 inch. The high corrosion resistance Sealand® series coating fasteners are around 40% of annual production.

In Cangzhou workshop we can machine and drill up to Φ100 inch, CNC machining & milling up to Φ48 inch. CNC cladding weld overlay together with piping spool prefabrication capability help us to make a total piping solution and be strong in high corrosion and sour service.
