Descrition:

Our textile family includes ceramic fiber yarn, ropes, braids, cloth, tapes, and sleeving; Ceramic fiber textiles are made from alumina-silica ceramic fiber, free of asbestos. These ceramic fiber textile materials can be used in different industrial applications under temperatures up to 2300 ° F (1260 ° C) and have excellent chemical stability and strong resistance to thermal shock and corrosion attack. Exceptions are hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids and concentrated alkalies. Ceramic fiber textiles also resist oxidation and reduction. If wet by water or steam, thermal properties are completely restored upon drying. No water of hydration is present. Textiles contain 15% organic carriers, which helps to establish physical formation of Products. The carriers burn out at about 750 ° F (400 ° C). Ceramic fiber textiles also contain reinforcement insert materials of either inconel wire or continuous fiberglass filament to increase handling strength during installation and enhance fiber durability to rated temperatures of 2000 ° F (1093 ° C) for inconel wire and 1200 ° F (649 ° C) for fiberglass filament.

Application

Ceramic Fiber Rope is widely used for Door seals or caulking for ovens, furnaces and boilers, expansion joints, cable or pipe wrapping, high temperature seals or gaskets.
These products have been widely used in welding, foundry works, aluminum and steel mills, boiler insulation and seal, exhaust systems, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants. They are also used as the core in tadpole gaskets.

Forda (Forda Piping Solutions Ltd.) is located in Yanshan heavy industry District, Cangzhou City, benefiting from Cangzhou’s perfect technology and raw material resource, economical and traffic circumstance, we have built up a professional commercial, engineering, management, service team and headquarter Cangzhou.

Forda has a total area of 3800m2, 100 staff including one chief heat treatment engineer, 16 senior or junior engineers, 70% staff in Shanghai are well educated at least junior college.  Here our production line is mainly for pipe fittings and flanges, including cutting, forging, CNC machining, thread rolling, heat treatment, NDE inspection, test lab, packing, and electric plating, etc.We are the first Chinese flange manufacturer who can provide design service. We use AutoCAD, Solidworks, Pro-E, ANSYS (F.E.A) software. We have made calculation as per ASME VIII & DNV-OS-F101 and FEA for swivel ring flange, anchor flange, barred tee, piggable WYE tee and many other pressure components with customers‘ approval.

We have 1 set of 4 ton electro hydraulic hammer together with manipulators, using this machine we can forge products maximum 4 ton in weight and 1.6m in diameter. 2 sets of 1 ton air hammer and 1 set of 750 kg air hammer, our annual forging capability is 5,000 ton. Every year we can provide 2,000 ton high property stud bolts and nuts with size up to 4 inch. The high corrosion resistance Sealand® series coating fasteners are around 40% of annual production.

In Cangzhou workshop we can machine and drill up to Φ100 inch, CNC machining & milling up to Φ48 inch. CNC cladding weld overlay together with piping spool prefabrication capability help us to make a total piping solution and be strong in high corrosion and sour service.
