1.Polyester forming mesh series

4-shed single layer fabrics is the stander of polyester forming fabrics in making paper.It is used in newspaper,offset point,chem-plasm,high-quality paper,over press print paper,noodles paper board and tile paper board etc.It is usually used by middle and slow paper machine.
5-shed single layer fabrics is good at wearability and dehydrate,punch nuiformity,vestige inconspicuous,high rate of adhesion,long lift.It is suitbale for making tobacco paper and tissuse.
8-shed single layer fabrics is has the best wearability of all single layer fabrics and can be used in a long time,but it has lumping vestige.it is mainly used to making bag papering,kraft paper,noodels paper and title paper board etc.
7-shed,8-shed double layer fabrics is suitable for quality printing paper,tissue paper and the surface pulp and inner pulp of the board paper etc.
8-shed,16-shed double and a half layer fabrics is suitable for various paperes of the high speed paper machine.

2. Polyester spiral stem network series

Mainly used in paper mills paper drying, drying of textile printing and dyeing products, applies to the following speed m600 / s. For horizontal belt vacuum washer (to replace the rubber band)
Features: breathable, easy to repair, smooth surface, long life.

3. Polyester monofilament dryer fabrics

Mainly used in paper mills paper drying, and other dry parts of the industry.
The Company is woven dryer fabrics, round wire and flat yarn type.
24503/22503 applies to multi-cylinder paper machine, for the first three groups dryer produce 70 g of the following paper.
24504/22504/20654/4106 for multi-cylinder paper machine, due to higher permeability, generally used in the latter part of the paper machine dryer, the production of paper more than 70 grams
4106-2/18688/16904 generally used for multi-cylinder paper machine, the first three groups of paper drying, high-grade paper.

4. Pressure filtration spiral network with serie

The filler wire to join the spiral ring, so that the air permeability is reduced, reducing the net surface material loss.
Mainly used for the belt dewatering press filter with.
Applies to the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, alcohol, vinegar, coal washing, mining, paper pulp washing, sludge dewatering and drying industry.

5.Sludge dewatering mesh series

Mainly used for the belt filter press, the rubber belt vacuum filter, horizontal vacuum belt filter.
Applicable to various diameter size of the sludge filter press and paper mill pulp squeeze, squeeze fruit juice concentrates and other specific industry.
Features: network with herringbone design, sludge and network with stripping fast, easy to stick mud, a lot of the mud, easy to clean, connect quickly and easily.

6.Two, three mechanized flat weaving Series:
mainly used in paper mills fourdrinier production paddle paperboard with fibreboard plant use, food drying, screening of materials, environmental protection and other industries use.

7.Wash fabrics
It is mostly used in the fabrics of wash coal,vacuum wash plasm machinein and drum type wash plasm machinein.

8.The joining of the polyester fabrics

9.Desulfurization network series

Mainly used for: a series of rubber belt vacuum filter, horizontal vacuum belt filter, vacuum drum filter, vertical filter press.
For solid-liquid separation in the wet desulfurization of power plant, tailings, metallurgical, mining, chemical, coal chemical, paper, food, pharmaceutical and environmental protection industry.

10.Anti-alkali Network

Mainly used for: materials use temperature of 100 degrees, the alkali content not less than (20% sodium hydroxide) pressure filtration and other applications requiring high tensile strength, high wear resistance of the industry.

Application

Two-shed and three-shed plain woven mesh are mainly used in making paper pulp, packing paper, fiber paper and other special wire mesh products.

We have 1 set of 4 ton electro hydraulic hammer together with manipulators, using this machine we can forge products maximum 4 ton in weight and 1.6m in diameter. 2 sets of 1 ton air hammer and 1 set of 750 kg air hammer, our annual forging capability is 5,000 ton. Every year we can provide 2,000 ton high property stud bolts and nuts with size up to 4 inch. The high corrosion resistance Sealand® series coating fasteners are around 40% of annual production.

In Cangzhou workshop we can machine and drill up to Φ100 inch, CNC machining & milling up to Φ48 inch. CNC cladding weld overlay together with piping spool prefabrication capability help us to make a total piping solution and be strong in high corrosion and sour service.
